HELI-SUPPORT, INC. PURCHASES THE PENTAGON 2000-ERP TOTAL
AVIATION SOLUTION TO MANAGE ITS INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE

York, New York, July 1, 2000 Pentagon 2000 Software, Inc. a leading global supplier of ERP systems
in the Aerospace & Defense industries, announced today that Heli-Support,
Inc., a major international helicopter operator as well as provider of
helicopter airframe and engine maintenance services, has selected the Pentagon
2000 ERP system as the single, enterprise-wide software solution for its
multiple, international facilities.
Heli-Support, Inc. evaluated various ERP packages and
aviation industry-specific applications prior to deciding on the package that
would best fit the company’s diverse needs.
Keith Parker, IT Manager at Heli-Support outlined some of the reasons
Pentagon 2000 was selected, “Pentagon 2000 was the only one that did everything
well, including inventory control, work orders and accounting, as well as
imaging and aircraft maintenance.” He
added, “Of the competing systems, our research established that Pentagon 2000
had the best customer support record.”
Keith also said that among the competing systems, Pentagon 2000 was the
most cost-effective solution because it was the most comprehensive and
reliable.

Heli-Support
Inc.'s facility in Casa Grande, Arizona, is a Designated Alteration Station
(DAS) offering FAA Supplemental Type Certificates (STC) for certain alterations
on the SE3180 series, SA315B Lama, SA316B series, AS350, AS355, and the Boeing
369 series. Other helicopters may be added to its certification upon request.
HSI also offers a number of alterations and parts including skid tubes, snow
skis, barrier air filters, fairing assemblies, extended step and cargo mirrors,
pilot support, and collective extension devices.
