2000 FOR WORLDWIDE SUPPORT OF AVIONICS SYSTEMS

York, New York, September 26, 2000 Pentagon 2000 Software, Inc. a leading global supplier of information systems
to the Aerospace & Defense industries, announced today that Honeywell International, Inc. and Newamerica
have selected the Pentagon 2000 system for worldwide management of its Legacy
Products Business. The Pentagon 2000
system will serve as a collaborative system for materials management and
salesforce automation among remote offices via the Internet. The Pentagon 2000
system will help Honeywell combine remote operations into a single, integrated
business, and enables Honeywell's expansion into new service offerings. Mark Foley, Director of Honeywell Legacy
