PartsBase.com interface provides a fully-automated, seamless connection to PENTAGON 2000SQL
users for internet-based access to PartsBase.com’s parts locater services. For PENTAGON
2000SQL users, access to PartsBase.com is easier
than ever, continuing PENTAGON’s
tradition of maximizing user productivity by providing a computing environment
that enhances workflow.
PENTAGON 2000 and Partsbase.com created the state-of-the-art interface to employ multi-threading technology for background management of send, receive and processing of queries and replies. When the PENTAGON 2000SQL user sends an query to PartsBase.com, the system sends the request to a separate internal process that is automatically managed and balanced to other system resource requirements while allowing the user to continue working on other tasks. The PartsBase.com reply is shortly received and the user is notified and can take the appropriate action.
