For the past 40 years, Pentagon 2000 Software has delivered enterprise software solutions designed to support secure, scalable, and flexible operations across cloud and on-premises environments. The platform provides organizations with powerful tools to manage critical business processes while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and reliability.

'Pentagon Aventus' is a browser-based Web Client Version, accessible through all common available browsers. The Web Client Version represents an important milestone that reinforces Pentagon's innovative commitment to delivering flexible, modern, and user-focused solutions.

The introduction of 'Pentagon Aventus' complements the platform's Windows client and Mobile Applications user interfaces. Pentagon 2000 Software will continue to support and to develop the above user interfaces alongside the new Web Version 'Pentagon Aventus'. By combining the convenience of secure encrypted browser-based access with the proven capabilities of the platform, Pentagon 2000 Software is now providing customers with greater choice for access to their enterprise data while maintaining the deployment flexibility required.

Similarly to the Windows Client version, 'Pentagon Aventus' will be available on both On-Premises and Cloud hosting options, as per the customer's preference and business requirements.

'Pentagon Aventus' is being released in phases. The First Pre-Release Program phase is now available for customers interested in early access and who are willing to provide feedback. Insights gathered during this program will help guide ongoing enhancements and future development.

To ensure smooth operations, users will be able to seamlessly switch between the traditional Windows client, the mobile apps, and the new Web Client Version. This design enables organizations to adopt the new interface at their own pace without disrupting existing workflows.

This pre-release version encompasses Pentagon's Buy / Sell processes, Parts Master and Inventory Management functionalities. In addition, it contains enhanced dashboards and management reporting capabilities, as well as Pentagon's new AI offerings. Additional features, enhancements, and broader availability will be announced as the phased rollout unfolds.

Pre-Release Program

Customers interested in early access to the Web Client Version and who are willing to provide constructive feedback to Pentagon need to upgrade to version 2025.02. Furthermore, they are invited to send their feedback to contact@pentagon2000.com. Ideally, it would be appreciated if the feedback is provided by the end of August 2026, so that any of the suggested inputs could be delivered with the next release phase.

Web Client Version: Technical Pre-requisites

The following technical pre-requisites are needed to successfully activate the Web Client Version:

Pentagon System upgrade to version 2025.02
SSL Certificate: IIS server to install website with SSL certificate for domain
