The release marks 40 years of Pentagon 2000 Software delivering enterprise software to over 1,000 organizations worldwide and now modernize how customers access the platform with its next-generation Web Client Version.
2025.02 Version highlights include Email RFQ-to-Quote AI, which reads incoming RFQs and generates responses automatically, and Smart Kanban, which connects part replenishment directly to live contract data. The release also adds part master revision control, shelf life and cert tracking by customer, Shopify Interface 2.0, and a Chinese user interface language, among a broader set of productivity and localization updates.
Version 2025.02 also opens the Pre-Release Program for Pentagon Aventus, a browser-based Web Client accessible through all major web browsers and available on both on-premises and cloud hosting. This first phase covers Buy/Sell processes, Parts Master and Inventory Management, enhanced dashboards, and Pentagon's new AI offerings, with more features and broader availability to follow as the rollout continues.
